— PASTRY —

Handcrafted eccentric pastries made using authentic French butter and flour.

  • Flaky pastry consistently proved, baked and then glazed with mango syrup

  • Using the same qualities from our sweet, buttery croissant, with the welcomed addition of complex rich dark chocolate

  • Our beautiful pastry filled with Baobab Cardamom cream topped with fermented mango and then glazed with mango syrup

  • The Bantu is very similar to the cinnamon/cardamom bun. However, instead of using cinnamon as the prominent flavour we have replaced it with the beautiful aromatic caraway

  • Flaky croissant covered with everything mix, which includes sesame and poppy seeds, fried onion, and salt
